Returns Process: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm your request, and once we receive the item, we’ll issue your refund within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).

28 Day Return Policy: You have 28 days from receipt to return items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Please send returns to:

Once inspected, we’ll notify you when your refund is processed.

Exchanges: Exchanges can be made within 28 days. Additional delivery charges may apply. We'll contact you for payment if necessary before dispatching the new item.

Discounted Orders: Refunds will be based on the price paid with the discount voucher, not the original full price.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If we’ve sent the wrong item or a faulty product, we’ll arrange a free collection and resolve the issue promptly.

Exclusions: Customised items can’t be returned unless faulty. We can’t accept returns on items that are soiled, worn, or missing tags/packaging. For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on opened undergarments unless faulty, provided they have intact hygiene strips and tags.

Free Delivery:
Enjoy free delivery on UK mainland orders over £95 (ex VAT). Charges apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK. The standard UK mainland delivery rate is £5.95. Check the delivery rates section for more details.

Click & Collect:
Our free Click & Collect service is available from our Head Office in Newport, South Wales. Choose "Click & Collect" at checkout, and your order will be ready for pick-up in 2-3 working days. You can find us here:
